CROI CONAITHE

Casual Trading Licence
A new MyCoCo service to manage the online application, renewal and payment for Casual Trading Licences is in beta test in the two pilot local authorities. PILOTS: Monaghan & Kildare CC. Available for delivery in Q4, 2025

HOUSING LOAN APPLICATION
The Housing Loan application is due to be delivered using the myCoCo portal in Q4, 2025. PILOTS: Clare & DLR CC.

PARKING PERMITS
Ascendas is pleased to introduce a new Parking Permits application using the myCoCo portal in Q4, 2025. PILOTS: DLR CC.

A Rent Review service in MyCoCo is under development by Ascendas. Expected delivery date: Q1, 2026 Pilot: Meath & Kildare CC.

LOCAL AUTHORITY RENT REVIEW
COUNCILLOR EXPENSES
Ascendas has developed a solution for online submission of Councillor Expenses & LRA in the Councillor App.
We are exploring options for expenses calculation and processing.
ABNORMAL LOADS APPLICATION
Ascendas commenced work on developing an online form for hauliers to submit their request to transport an Abnormal Load.
Any solution introduced would ideally require participation from all local authorities to have maximum effect.
It is envisaged that an integrated hosted solution would include involvement with other state agencies such as the Gardai, RMO, Dept of Transport and Hauliers.
.ONLINE TIMESHEETS FOR OUTDOOR STAFF
Ascendas is working with Meath CC to develop an online form for outdoor workers timesheets.
Timesheets will be interfaced to the Core Payroll system for processing.
Genealogy Request Form
Carlow CC is the pilot site for an online form for Genealogy requests from the public.
Ascendas Lighthouse LVP
Lighthouse LVP is a card payments system used to manage credit card expenses which seamlessly integrates with Agresso. The system can be used with any issuing bank.
Debt Management System
The Ascendas Debt Management System is developed specifically for the management of outstanding arrears on customer accounts.
Ascendas Mobile Receipting
AMR is a bespoke mobile collection solution for the Irish Local Authorities. It has been purchased by the following authorities: Meath, Clare, Laois.
Reporting Services
Reporting services a reporting tool developed by Microsoft.
