A Rent Review service in MyCoCo is under development by Ascendas. Expected delivery date: Q1, 2026 Pilot: Meath & Kildare CC.
Ascendas has developed a solution for online submission of Councillor Expenses & LRA in the Councillor App.
We are exploring options for expenses calculation and processing.
Ascendas commenced work on developing an online form for hauliers to submit their request to transport an Abnormal Load.
Any solution introduced would ideally require participation from all local authorities to have maximum effect.
It is envisaged that an integrated hosted solution would include involvement with other state agencies such as the Gardai, RMO, Dept of Transport and Hauliers.

Ascendas is working with Meath CC to develop an online form for outdoor workers timesheets.
Timesheets will be interfaced to the Core Payroll system for processing.
Carlow CC is the pilot site for an online form for Genealogy requests from the public.
Lighthouse LVP is a card payments system used to manage credit card expenses which seamlessly integrates with Agresso. The system can be used with any issuing bank.
The Ascendas Debt Management System is developed specifically for the management of outstanding arrears on customer accounts.
AMR is a bespoke mobile collection solution for the Irish Local Authorities. It has been purchased by the following authorities: Meath, Clare, Laois.
